Herbalife Quickstart Weight Loss Program?

Has anyone used the quickstart weight loss program affiliated with Herbalife? I found a couple in Vancouver that sell the program. For $160 I get a months worth of shakes and supplements and I'm guranteed to lose 5-10 pounds. Does this work?
