I am 9 months post pregnancy I wake up every morning at 4.am to run 3 miles Will this help me shed pounds?
I am still trying to lose my baby pouch, I am 9 months post pregnancy I am 18. I need some advice on diet and excercise. I am 127 pounds and I want to lose 15. SO help. Need Advice
I hope to god you're short, because 112 lbs is Waaaaaay to thin for an adult female of average height. Childbirth causes permanent changes in your body, and you shouldn't expect you're body to snap back to being exactly the same size.

If your only problem is a saggy tummy then you might want to do ab exercises like sit-ups to bring back the muscle tone instead of running (or do both?) As for your diet, keep it healthy, eat plenty of fruits and veggies (raw is better, cooking leeches out nutrients) don't try a starvation diet, a hungry body will only try to hold on to the fat if you do. And finally eliminate all soda pop, don't even drink diet pop, stock up on grapefruit juice, green tea & bottled water.
