first place weight loss program

13-Year Old 2-week weight loss
Hi, I am 13 yearso ld and school is starting soon. I am slightly overweight, but I am also wide framed so it looks like a lot. I would like to know a good weight loss program that I can do at home in my bedroom, since I am not the type of guy that would run so my parents would be weird and I do not want my parents to know I am trying to lose weight. I have dumbells and do not mind using them as I am pretty strong. I would like to lose as much weight as I can in the next two weeks without making it obvious I am trying to, thanks!
I read from many places and a great method i do think so myself is since i am addicted to computer that everytime i am doing nothing or have the chance break out to the floor and do some pushups, or lunges, or crunches, if this is a good idea please say so and give some more!

hey im sorry to tell you, but you cant lose weight by sitting in your room doing nothing! push-ups, crunches, and barbells are not to help you lose weight!..theyre to help you get toned and fit! you do not need diet pills, or a specific weight loss prgram to lose weight...
you just need to eat healthy! 5 small "HEALTHY" meals a day is what you need to lose weight! and no whit carbs such as...potatoes, french fries, white rice, white bread etc.
try sweet potatoes, sweet potatoe fries, whole grain rice, wheat bread. etc. if you want to do the barbells and cruches and stuff too, yeah go ahead thats a great way to stay fit especially if your not doing anything. but at the same time eat stuff thats healthy!! and if you dont like running, try swimming! did you know that swimming is actually the best exercise because it works all of your muscles, its great for your heart, and you dont have to worry about spraining an ankle! also you need to drink 8 glasses of water a day...its amazing for your skin and keeps your body hydrated and healthy!!
and why wouldnt you want your parentsknowing that your trying to be healthier? they would be very proud of you for putting in the effort to do better for your body and your self!!
i know i may only be 15. but i know alot about this stuff because my parents are health freaks and both doctors!
